Investigators have charged an Ontario man after a victim was sexually assaulted by a delivery driver while on the job in Hamilton, police say.

The Hamilton Police Service says the assault happened at an apartment complex near the area of Barton Street East and Ottawa Street North in Hamilton on April 3.
