The Stanley Cup Playoffs do not begin for a few more days. Apparently those north of the border are primed and ready for it.
During a Monday night golf league at Two Eagles Golf Course in Kelowna, British Columbia, a pair of golfers threw down in a wild fist fight that left one with a broken jaw and police called to the scene, according to Golf Digest.
The altercation began as one group was not thrilled with the pace of play of the group ahead of them.
“It’s Monday night f***ing golf, you in a rush? Where you gotta be?” a member from the ‘slow group’ responded before pushing the man in the blue shirt.
He was not having it, though.
The person filming the encounter can be heard saying “this is retarded… this is crazy” and eventually asked for cooler heads to prevail.
They did not.
