Shots fired in Cole Harbour, N.S. [Video]

RCMP is investigating after shots were fired in the area of Amaranth Crescent in Cole Harbour, N.S., said a Sunday post on the RCMP Nova Scotia Facebook page.

The Halifax Regional Detachment of the RCMP said no injuries have been reported following the incident on Sunday. They said they do not believe there is any public safety concern at this time in their Facebook post.

Police have closed part of Amaranth Crescent during their investigation. They ask the public to avoid the area.

A communications officer with the RCMP said further information will be posted in a news release when it becomes available.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police by phone.
