A team at the University of Waterloo has created what it’s calling the Silver Alert app, which is designed to help find vulnerable seniors if they happen to go missing. Lili Liu is the dean of the university’s faculty of health and spoke to CBC News: Compass host Louise Martin about how the app could save lives.
