The federal government says postal workers could be back on the job next week after it asked the Canada Industrial Relations Board to order the striking members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers to return to work. But as Global Calgary’s Meghan Cobb tells us, small business owners say the move comes too late to save the busy holiday shopping season.
