Snow and cloud cover could impact flights at Toronto Pearson Airport in Mississauga.
While sunny and clear skies are expected in the GTA on Monday, weather in other parts of Canada could impact flights, Pearson Airport said in a post on X.
“Low ceilings” or a persistent layer of clouds are delaying flights in and out of St. John’s, N.L, the post noted.
There is also a snowfall warning for Calgary, which could impact flight schedules.
Environment and Climate Change Canada issued a snowfall warning for Calgary on Monday.
Heavy snow is expected in the morning with total amounts of about 10 cm expected, the weather forecaster said.
“If you’re onboard one of the 20 flights heading to Calgary, we recommend checking the status of your flight,” Pearson said.
