Some Rogers customers are experiencing problems Tuesday morning.

It appears that some TV channels are not displaying properly, with them stuck on a loop and showing old content.

The issue has prompted a number of customers to reach out to Rogers on social media.

“Our teams are aware of the issue with the looping channels and are engaged to get this resolved as quickly as possible,” the company said in response to one customer.

The company said in another post that it doesn’t have an estimated time as to when the problem will be fixed.

INsauga.com has reached out to Rogers for additional information.

Thanks for reaching out, our teams are aware of the issue with the looping channels and are engaged to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience! -Russel
