Special lottery draws are happening this whole month in Canada.

Lotto 6/49 is offering super draws throughout March, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says.

It means that on top of the classic and gold ball prizes, additional prizes of $10,000 are up for grabs.

There are 25 prizes of $10,000 for each draw — 225 in total.

Each of the prizes is guaranteed to be won, the OLG says.

It doesn’t cost any extra to have a chance to win — each 6/49 ticket still costs $3 per play. The gold ball numbers are used for the super draws.

Meanwhile, the $5 million classic jackpot was also won in Wednesday’s draw.

It was split by two tickets, both of which were sold on OLG.ca.

Two Encore prizes worth $100,000 were also won in Wednesday’s draw by tickets sold on OLG.ca.
