A man is in critical condition, and another man is in custody after a stabbing in east Phoenix early Sunday morning. Phoenix police were called to the stabbing at an apartment complex near 52nd Street and McDowell Road around 2:30 a.m.

A woman is dead, and a teen is hurt after a gunfight in west Phoenix early Sunday morning. As officers were arriving, a large group of people were seen running and driving off from a large house party. Police say the gunfight stemmed from an argument that happened at the party.
