SEQUOYAH COUNTY, Okla. — Stacy Lee Drake, an accused murderer who was arrested in Arkansas after a manhunt that crossed state lines, has been formally charged with a third murder.

Other new charges were also introduced, including two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, and one count of pattern of criminal offenses.

Drake is accused of killing someone in Alabama earlier this year, as well as killing two employees at LaFerry’s Propane in Gans, Oklahoma, in June.
