Stephen Colbert joked about changes to a border straddling library in Quebec, Kristi Noem and U.S.-Canada relations in his The Late Show monologue on Monday.
“Hey, y’all remember Canada? Well it’s still up there and Trump, he’s still mad they don’t want to be the 51st state,” Colbert quipped early in his show.
