Police have arrested a suspect in connection to this weekend’s Vancouver street festival attack, officials said during a Sunday press conference. At least 11 people aged between 5 and 65 years old were killed, and dozens more were injured when a man drove an SUV through a crowd at a Filipino community festival in Vancouver, British Columbia. Police said that the suspect is ‘known’ to them for mental health issues, and has had a “significant history” of interactions with authorities. Police said there is no evidence of terrorism. Vancouver Interim Chief Constable Steve Rai told reporters the attack marked “the darkest day in our city’s history.”

Former FBI agent Scott Duffey joins LiveNOW’s Andy Mac to discuss the latest on the attack in Canada.
