Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a frightening robbery committed at a bank machine in Richmond, B.C., last month.
The victim was using an ATM on No. 3 Road, between Alderbridge Way and Lansdowne Road, on the night of Dec. 10 when a stranger approached her from behind and robbed her at gunpoint, according to the RCMP.
The man made off with $250 of the woman’s money, authorities said.
“While our officers were on scene within minutes, the suspect had fled the area,” said Cpl. Sonny Virk, in a news release.
“Our officers were able to locate CCTV footage of the suspect, and we are releasing these photos in an attempt to identify him.”
