Suspicious man invites children to his ‘lair’ in Caledon, Ontario: police [Video]

Police are investigating reports of a suspicious man who invited children to his home for a meal in Caledon.

The unknown man approached children and engaged them in conversation at North Hill Park at 14051 Highway 50 on May 31 around 5:45 p.m., just north of Bolton, OPP said. Police said the man then invited children to his “lair.”

The man is described as approximately six feet tall with a thin build. He is from 50 to 60 years old and was carrying a green reusable bag.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone who may have information regarding this incident should contact Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or 1-888-310-1122.
