MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department is searching for two women accused of assaulting a restaurant employee.

According to MPD, on May 10, officers responded to an assault call at Texas Roadhouse on New Brunswick Road.

Officers say that the victim, an employee, was greeting customers at the front of the restaurant when she was confronted by two customers.

MPD says that one of the customers became belligerent and threw a wooden toothpick holder, hitting the employee in the forehead.

The victim told officers that as the two customers were leaving, they threatened to come back with a gun and “air out the place.”

Other employees who witnessed the incident say that the two women left in a black BMW.

One of the women appeared younger in age and was wearing short blue jeans; the other suspect was tall, with long hair and braces.
