In the center of Franklin County, Vermont travelers will find a small town which holds firm on the meaning of community.Sitting on these 47,000 acers, just over 2000 people live in the town of Fairfield. Folks who call it home say it won’t be long before you recognize all your neighbors. “There is not too much that we can do have to do besides just telling everyone who will tell everyone who will tell everyone,” said Sunni Tipper with the Fairfield Community Center. Every week Sunni Tipper and a team of volunteers host a lunch at the Fairfield Community Center and Food Bank. The center has become a place where Tipper said her love for cooking and providing for community has continued to grow. “I just realized that food is just the simplest and best way to just make people smile.
