Brandon Neliko’s “deliberate and profoundly dangerous conduct” in shooting at a drug-trade rival inside Yorkdale Shopping Centre on Aug. 29, 2021, required an “exemplary and significant” prison sentence, Superior Court Justice Maureen Forestell said in a decision last week.
