Toronto Metropolitan University has added planters on Gerrard Street East to block off the entrance to Mandela’s Walk where a hit and run that injured four took place Tuesday.

Police identified a suspect in a hit-and-run at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) that injured four on Tuesday as Ryan Petroff, 23, of Toronto.

“We believe this individual is dangerous,” said Insp. Errol Watson at a press conference Wednesday.
