Tracking smoke & severe storm potential Monday! [Video]

FIRST ALERT OVERNIGHT – MONDAY: Another round of Canadian wildfire smoke led to low visibility and poor air quality across our region. Other than that, it was another warm day, with highs in the 80s. During the overnight hours, the haze may lighten up a bit, allowing for a partly clear sky by Monday morning’s commute. Then between late morning and early afternoon, another round of wildfire smoke will roll in from Canada into our region, and it’s not until the evening hours that the smoke moves out of our region. During that time, poor air quality may occur in parts of our region, so Air Quality Alerts will be in effect until 6PM Monday. Make sure to limit outdoor exposure if you’re sensitive to air pollution.
