ODESSA, Texas — As of Friday morning, the traffic lights at Yukon and Grandview are now working, according to Corporal Steve LeSueur with the Odessa Police Department (OPD).
The traffic lights at Yukon and Grandview in Odessa were not working since Thursday night.
