OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada will abide by all rulings of the International Criminal Court, after the war crimes tribunal in The Hague issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defence minister, and a Hamas military chief.

The court relies on countries that support it to arrest suspects accused of war crimes so they can face trial at The Hague.
