He said ‘all options are on the table’ to retaliate to tariffs if the US chooses to proceed with them. He called Trump a skilled negotiator who likes to throw the opposite party ‘off balance’. Trudeau highlighted America’s alternatives, and those of Canada in case the 25% tariffs came through.
