Turf wars? Tow truck driver shot at in Ajax, Ontario [Video]

A tow truck driver was shot at while sitting in his truck in Ajax Saturday, with police looking for three suspects – at least one wearing a mask.

The man did not sustain any injuries though police did not say if his truck or any other vehicle sustained any damage in the shooting.

It is also unclear if this was a targeted shooting attempt related to tow truck turf wars ongoing around the GTA.

Police responded to reports of gunshots on Mackenzie Avenue near Bayly Street at 5:20 p.m. Saturday. Police arrived on scene and found the driver who was the alleged target of the shooting.

Police are currently looking for three suspects:

• Suspect 1: Male, white, grey hoodie and black pants.
• Suspect 2: Unknown person with a black mask and black hoodie
• Suspect 3: No description available.
