 As easy as it would be to look back at what might have been, Vancouver Mural Festival (VMF) co-founder Adrian Sinclair is more interested in looking ahead. And as of late, he’s found himself admiring the City of Victoria, praising the provincial capital of British Columbia for taking truly progressive steps for not only protecting but also nurturing the arts.
