COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – UPDATE: The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said Abiegail Fee was found safe.

PREVIOUS: The Center Police Department is investigating an active kidnapping case after they say 12-year-old Abiegail Fee has gone missing.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said Fee is believed to be with 45-year-old Kristen Smith Keeton. Officials said Keeton has not returned Fee to her custodial parents.

They were last seen on Monday around noon in Center, but a vehicle associated with them was last seen on Wednesday around 1:15 p.m. near Johnson and North Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs.

The vehicle was described as a blue 2008 GMC Yukon with Georgia license plate RVR4193.

Fee was described as a 5-foot-8 and 140-pound white female with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Keeton was described as a 5-foot-4 and 240-pound white female with red hair and blue eyes.
