Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an assault in an Ajax restaurant where the victim was sprayed with an unknown substance.
Durham Police said the incident happened at a restaurant near Harwood Ave. S. and Kingston Rd. W. on St. Patrick’s Day.
The victim had minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for precautionary measures.
Investigators are looking to identify the suspect male involved in this incident. The suspect is described as a brown-skinned man with a beard with some grey in it, wearing a two-tone jacket (brown/black), dark pants, dark baseball hat and dark colored sunglasses.
