A balcony fire produced heavy smoke Tuesday afternoon in Mississauga, but no reported injuries.
The fire broke out at 2211 Sherobee Rd., near Hurontario Street and the QEW, around 4 p.m., a spokesperson for Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services told INsauga.com.
There was heavy smoke and the fire was upgraded to a second alarm, the spokesperson said.
No injuries were reported.
The damage was mostly contained to the balcony, the spokesperson said.
The cause is under investigation.
