New Brunswick Premier Susan Holt says the trade war with the United States has made it exceptionally difficult for her government to balance the budget. She says a 30 per cent GDP drop is projected for the province because of the tariffs. (A previous version of this video and its caption said revenue would drop, not GDP. It has been corrected)
