CLEVELAND — Heads up!
The Cleveland Police Department is asking everybody to “please avoid the area” of Ontario Street and St. Clair Avenue.
That request from police was posted shortly before 10:30 a.m. Sunday due to a water main break in downtown Cleveland.
Cleveland police also tweeted a picture from the scene, which shows water filling the roadway (see below).
In an update provided to 3News shortly after noon, an official with Cleveland Water says they’ve controlled the leak flow and “are working to isolate the break location.”
No additional details were immediately available.
