Well-known suspect from Dawson Creek stabbed in the face in jail [Video]

DAWSON CREEK –Altercations in a Prince George jail have left two Dawson Creek men with minor injuries.

Sources have told CJDC TV News that well-known suspect Tanner Murray was stabbed in the face.

It happened in October in the Prince George Remand Centre where Murray is currently in jail on several charges.

Sources have also shared that another Dawson Creek man, Ben Touchette had his nose broken in a separate altercation. Touchette is facing several charges after police executed a search warrant on a residence in Pouce Coupe.

Mounties say they seized 4 illegal firearms, over 20 other weapons and more than 300 rounds of ammunition from his vehicle. Police also say over 200 grams of suspected fentanyl and cocaine were also seized from the home.
