Law enforcement is continuing the search for Travis Decker, who is wanted for three counts of murder and kidnapping.
WENATCHEE, Wash. — The search continues for Travis Decker, who is wanted on probable cause for murder in connection with the deaths of his three daughters, who were found dead west of Leavenworth earlier this week.
Authorities believe Decker may be traveling along the Pacific Crest Trail, which runs from the Canadian border to Mexico and through several remote areas in Washington state. Legal documents suggest Decker could be attempting to relocate to Canada. He may have gotten a head-start as early as May 30.
Friday evening, Gov. Bob Ferguson activated Washington National Guard resources to aid in the search. The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office acknowledged the funds Saturday, describing the contribution as “invaluable” for the ongoing manhunt.
