In 2019, a survey done by the Early Childhood Development Association of P.E.I. found that staff at child-care centres had concerns about job satisfaction. Five years later, a follow-up survey revealed more positive results. The association’s executive director, Jenn Nangreaves, spoke to CBC’s Sheehan Desjardins about what’s changed.
