Why some Ontario vets are driving into Quebec to treat horses

Over the past few years, horse and large-animal clients have been having a particularly hard time finding a veterinarian because of a widespread shortage in western Quebec. Three Ontario vets are now travelling up to 100 kilometres into the Outaouais region of Quebec to serve clients with large animals.
