The CBC’s Steve Bruce recently spent an early morning outside the Sherwood Walk-in Clinic in Charlottetown, where dozens of Islanders regularly line up well before the clinic opens at 7 a.m. They spoke of their frustration over not having a family doctor, and why they feel their only option is to get up in the small hours and line up in the cold.
