WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Poor air quality continues for most of Wisconsin Friday, due to wildfire smoke from Canada. All of Wisconsin is under an Air Quality Alert through 6 AM Saturday morning, with slowly improving conditions arriving throughout the day Saturday. While some smoke could linger Saturday morning, smoke should move southwest of us and mostly out of our area, creating much better conditions for outdoor activities as skies clear.

Air quality will be bad enough to affect those with respiratory problems or those who don’t have well-developed respiratory systems.(WSAW)
