A Windsor resident has been charged in a child luring investigation.
According to Essex OPP, 45-year-old Shaun Ouellette is facing charges of luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
Police say they believe that there may be additional victims, anyone with information is asked to contact OPP.
A publication ban has been issued, and no further information will be released.
