Winnipeg police searching for missing woman [Video]

The Winnipeg Police Service is asking for help in finding a woman who has been missing for nearly one month.

Kassandra Harper, 28, was last seen on Dec. 14 at 6:30 p.m. near Inkster Boulevard and Powers Street.

She is five-foot-six with a thin build and has black hair and black eyes. Harper was last seen wearing a black jacket, black top, black pants and white sneakers. She was also carrying a black book bag.

Police said Harper is known to frequent downtown Winnipeg.

Anyone with information about her location is asked to call Winnipeg police.
