An Ontario woman found guilty of the murder of her parents and the subject of a Netflix crime documentary will get a new trial.
In 2015, Jennifer Pan was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of the first-degree murders of her mother Bich Ha-Pan and father Huei Hann Pan in a murder-for-hire plot.
Pan’s parents were shot and killed when three men came to their home on Nov. 8, 2010.
