Tara Wallack is the Cougs’ lone senior, and they sent her off with her final win at Beasley

PULLMAN, Wash. — Tara Wallack may go down as one of the best women’s basketball players to wear a Coug uniform. Her teammates honored their lone senior pregame, and sent her off with a 72-62 win over Saint Mary’s. 

“I had a dream of going D1 being from Canada, and I’m just so proud of myself for accomplishing that and being as successful as I am and growing my game…I can now play any position on the court and guard any position on the court, and I think it’s just so special and they gave me so much room to grow,  and I’m just so grateful forever that they gave me this experience, and I wouldn’t want to do it anywhere else.”

The Cougs hit the road to take on Pepperdine next …
