Andrew Bolt slams push for Indigenous Australians to be exempt from land tax [Video]

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says a proposal for Indigenous Australians to be exempt from land tax is “extraordinary”.

Prominent Aboriginal Elder Aunty Jill Gallagher said Indigenous people should not be required to pay land taxes or council rates as part of treaty negotiations.

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan will not rule out the push ahead of negotiations.

“We should actually thank Gallagher, first of all, for proving that you are going to get an endless ‘gimme gimme’ from this disastrous victim mentality Aboriginal industry,” Mr Bolt said.

“It’s the standard operating procedure.”
