MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Jeff Barry is a native Memphian with deep Mississippi roots. He’s also the author of A book called “Go to Hell Ole Miss.”

After graduating from Vanderbilt, he lived on a small cattle farm similar to the one shown in Go to Hell Ole Miss.

Jeff has spent the last twenty years working on farms in the Mississippi Delta. He has also taught English in Peru and assisted farmers in northern Uganda.

He currently resides in Tennessee with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking and camping, adores his Yellow Labrador, Hazel, and is fond of one of his wife’s three cats.

He joins the Digital Desk to talk more about his new novel.
