A huge fire has broken out at a fuel and energy facility in Smolensk, Russia, which the governor of the western region said happened after a drone attack launched by Ukraine.

Satellite images provided by Nasa’s fire monitor confirm that two fires broke out in the area of the oil depot near the village of Yartsevo.
