A HOMEOWNER has sounded off on public authorities after a storm left him unable to access his driveway.

The driver returned from a family holiday to find a heap of snow encompassing the foot of his driveway.

Andy Chawathe, a Scarborough, Ontario, resident, found nearly three feet of snow at the end of his driveway in 2017, according to CTV News.

At the end of December 2017, the Toronto neighborhood had several days worth of snow storms, according to the Canadian Government.

Between December 20 and 25 that year, the city saw 5.4 inches of snow.

Chawathe measured 86 centimeters worth of snow, or 2.8 feet.
