A rise of measles cases in Haldimand-Norfolk has now been declared an outbreak.
“When this started, we were looking at this being just a cluster of cases that were occurring predominantly in an unimmunized group,” Dr. Malcolm Lock, the region’s acting medical officer of health, said at a media briefing on Wednesday.
