Ahead of the 2024 Finals in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the Canadian, 28, has given fans an insight into his preparation.

In a recent clip shared to Instagram jokingly captioned, “I only split jerk because I’m not actually strong,” Hooper managed to lift an impressive 455 pounds.
