N.S. homeowners say they needs a coastal protection law, not plan

Some coastal homeowners in Nova Scotia are upset that the province scrapped a coastal protection law in favour of guidelines. The minister in charge says not enough homeowners replied to a survey about the legislation and the province now has other measures in place.
