Adrienne, Olivia and Yanni Tassou from Olivia’s in Gettysburg prepared a creamy seafood and leek chowder and a grilled shrimp panini, all served with a “Pomegranate Ice Pick” cocktail.

Chowder:
- 1lb Shrimp
- 1lb Salmon
- 1 lb Clams
- 1 lb Scallops
- 2lbs Bronzino – no bone or skin
- 2lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes- peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Celery – chopped
- 2 cups Leeks – chopped
- 2 cups Carrots – chopped
- 2 cups Fresh Corn – shelled
- 1 lb Bacon – diced
- 3 tbsp Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 tbsp fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 5 cups Seafood Stock
