Ontario man back in court in fatal Route 100 crash [Video]

The Ontario man, Satnam Sing, who police say is responsible for a crash on RT-100 that resulted in the death of a Waitsfield woman was back in court on Wednesday.The crash happened near Harwood Union High School last month and shut down the roadway for about 11 hours. Singh was expected to be arraigned on an additional charge of involuntary manslaughter and to discuss his bail during Wednesday’s appearance, but neither happened. The court appearance took less than 10 minutes. The prosecution and defense met in chambers with the judge and it’s not clear what they talked about.
