Powell River, B.C., sees drop in toxic drug deaths this year [Video]

Health officials in Powell River say they have seen a drop in toxic drug deaths this year. Part of that is attributed to the harm reduction centre located on ʔaǰɩmɛ territory. Claire Palmer was in the qathet Regional District to learn about the work done at the centre.
