CIS Indigenous Forum Director Warren Mundine has spoken out against the rising youth crime crisis and says “it’s about time” politicians woke up and did something about it.
“I’m really sad for the kids,” Mr Mundine told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“My heart isn’t broken in regards to the politicians.
“We’ve got to start getting rid of politicians who run down this line ‘we spend more money, things will get better’ or ‘if we had a Voice, things will get better’.
“Well guess what? They’re getting worse and they’re getting worse by the day.”
